We are proud to announce that our client Prof. James Wetherbe and co-author Prof. Theodore Waldron were published on April 1 in Harvard Business Review and featured on HBR.org‘s home page. Their article, “Ensure that Your Customer Relationships Outlast Coronavirus,” included examples of large and small companies that continue to cultivate customer loyalty during the pandemic, and five strategies that companies of all sizes should consider. Waldron and Wetherbe are professors at the Rawls School of Business at Texas Tech University.
